“This event is in the aqua theater which has 3 floors. I use a wheelchair and went to 6, I didn’t reserve it because earlier they sent us around the entire ship to make reservations, so we were on standby. At first we were on the haven line and then they told me to go across to the regular line. Then they said do I want to participate if so wait standby here. Then they let us in and we get there and the seats are all up steps. Then my mom went back and asked where do we go and he said go to 7. They didn’t tell us this when we were waiting? Then we go to accessible seating and it’s hard to find and hard to see from there. And even if I was called to come down, there’s steps and the stage is up steps.”
