The Children's Museum of Stockton is a fun and educational experience from the moment young visitors step through the door. The museum features hands-on, play-based exhibits that will enhance a child's understanding of how the world works. It specializes in fostering social, physical, and imaginative well-being of all children who enter its doors.Everything from Stockton's history, including Stockton PD vehicles, fire department fire truck, an RTD bus, a tractor, and a Food 4 Less grocery setup. There is a Health Lab with a stationary bike to get the blood flowing, exhibits on the power of pneumatics, the Amazing Airways exhibit, and so much more!Destination Space is the newest Children's Museum exhibit. This spectacular new exhibit integrates STEM education and the inspiring story of José Hernández, a young Stockton boy who dreamed of becoming an astronaut and chased that dream to the stars.The Children's Museum also hosts birthday parties, field trips, special events, and free admission days throughout the year!Admission: $10.00 per person Children under 1 year are freeMembers must show their Membership ID and other government issued photo ID at the door during normal business hours to receive membership benefits.An authorized adult must be present to receive membership benefits. Children cannot receive membership benefits without being accompanied by an authorized adult.Pro Tip: Just across the street is the historic Waterfront Warehouse, which houses numerous businesses including Nena's Mexican Restaurant. With delicious cuisine and a beautiful delta view, Nena's is a great spot to dine at after checking out the museum.
