Located just steps from Independence Hall in Philadelphia’s Historic District, the National Constitution Center is the first and only museum dedicated to the U.S. Constitution. Through interactive exhibits, rare artifacts, and immersive theater experiences, the museum brings the story of “We the People” to life for visitors of all ages. From hands-on galleries to engaging daily programs, general admission tickets include access to the museum’s core exhibits and educational offerings. Founded by an act of Congress and opened on July 4, 2003, the Center welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year to learn about, reflect on, and explore the enduring impact of America’s founding document. The National Constitution Center is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., making it an easy and enriching stop while exploring Philadelphia’s Historic District.
