Lake George Triathlon Festival

Are you up for a fun and competitive weekend at the Lake George Triathlon Festival? Contenders have the option to compete in the Alpha Sprint, Alpha Olympic, and the Alpha Long Course. It all kicks off on Saturday, September 5th with the Alpha Long Course waves beginning at 7:00 AM. The Alpha Long Course is a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, and 13.1-mile run. The races continue on Sunday, September 6th with the Alpha Sprint waves going off at 6:30 AM. The Alpha Sprint is a 750m swim, 12.4-mile bike, and a 3.1-mile run. The final race, beginning at 7:10 AM on September 6th, is the Alpha Olympic. The Alpha Olympic is a 1500m swim, 24.8-mile bike, and a 6.2-mile run. Athletes must be present at their Awards Ceremony to receive an award.
