2026 New York State Weightlifting Championships

The State Championships is the premier competition for the sport of weightlifting in New York. Athletes from across the state will come together to chase personal records, qualify for national-level events, and pursue their dreams within the Olympic movement. Weightlifting is an inclusive sport, and this event will showcase lifters of all ages and skill levels—youth athletes as young as 5 years old, Masters athletes in their seventies, elite competitors from Team USA, and everyone in between. We invite anyone interested to join us and witness incredible feats of strength from athletes training right here in New York.
