Tile Mosaic Exhibitions
“2026 in Bucks County: America’s 250th Anniversary.” On exhibition at TileWorks throughout 2026 will be a series of historic Mercer mosaics, re-issues from the tile floor at the Pennsylvania State Capitol building, including Washington Crossing the Delaware, The Signing of the Declaration of Independence, and The Liberty Bell. The tiled pavement in the Pennsylvania State Capitol, designed by Henry Chapman Mercer, features close to 400 mosaics illustrating Pennsylvania history through scenes, native artifacts, indigenous flora and fauna, and colonial crafts & industries.
