Grundy Museum's 2026 Free Tours

Visit the Grundy Museum for a free docent led tour of one of Bristol Borough's most exquisite homes. Your one-hour tour begins in the Grundy Library, next door to the museum, with an introductory exhibit and orientation film. Following the film, your docent will then take you on a walk along the Riverfront Park and up a short ramp to the Museum, while enjoying the vistas and terraced gardens. If you are unable to walk along the river, your docent will meet you on the front porch of the Museum after they arrive with the group. In the event of inclement weather, the tour will walk directly to the Museum and not along the Riverfront Park. Parking is available across the street from the library at 705 Radcliffe Street. They suggest that you arrive at least five minutes prior to your time slot. Due to the limited number of guests allowed on the tour, they ask that you contact them as soon as possible if you need to cancel your tour registration. This allows them to accommodate other guests.
